Service was good, walked in and got taken care of right away. BUT the food was cold which was disappointing.

The location is convenient and the employees are always polite. The food is definitely not as good as some of the other Panda Express locations in the area. For some reason, the chow mein at this location is usually cold and tastes like smoke. I have tried several of their entrees and more often than not they are not as warm as they should be and lack flavor. Definitely disappointed.

I come through the drive-thru here about twice a month. The people are always nice, the food is usually hot but not super hot. The chow mein does tend to sit around too long sometimes. I like the food here when it’s hot and fresh. It’s not going to win any awards, but you can get chow mein, two entrees, and a drink for about ten bucks. It’s nice to have a little variety instead of burgers, burgers, or maybe a chicken sandwich and some fries from 90% of the other places. If you’ve never been here, Panda Express is basically a buffet where you can only go up to once. When you order, the cashier goes to the«buffet» and scoops up your meal. Nothing is cooked to order. Most of the time they do a good job of keeping the food fresh, but you can bet that under certain circumstances, you’re going to get food that’s been sitting a while.

My food wasn’t hot and because I tried to beat the lunch crowd and the noodles were dried up — bad idea to show up at 1/:50am. It is very clean unlike my other Chinese restaurants I have reviewed. They were busy but the food was average and not outstanding. I just realized Bolingbrook has a 10% sales tax at restaurants — what’s up with that?

Panda went downhill!!! It used to be so good, I have no idea what happened. I got any 2 entrée chow mien with orange chicken and sesame chicken. The orange chicken was hard and gross I couldn’t even eat it. The chow mien had so much lettuce and other crap that I had to pick out so there were barely any noodles. The only good part of this was that the sesame chicken was good. My boyfriend got the same thing except he ordered rice instead of chow mien and the rice was overcooked it was all mushy and not good at all! I think it’s safe to say this will be my last time eating Panda Express. I thought that last time I had it but thought I should give it another shot. Well this was an awful dinner so thanks but no thanks!!!

If you’re used to a healthy diet, your body will immediately warn you that this food is not part of it. I know it’s Americanized, Chinese fast food and I don’t expect much, but this food is so unnatural and the flavors are so rich and exaggerated. I won’t completely hammer them, because I realize there is a place and demand for what they offer, so to each their own, I guess.

Location is great. Nice décor and clean. Friendly staff. The food was mediocre. It was warm, but not hot. I was shocked to discover that an egg roll was considered an «entrée.» I ordered the«two entrée» meal and then an egg roll and a 3 piece cheese Rangoon. With drink, it was $ 12.95!!! What? Checked my receipt and I was charged for a «3 Entrée Meal» because an egg roll is considered an entrée. High price and below average food… sorry, but décor cannot make up for this experience. I’d save your money and eat somewhere else.
