McDonald’s

Awful! My boyfriend and I got chicken nuggets and fries last night. The nuggets tasted old, like cardboard… THROW OUT YOUR OLD STOCK!!!
The fries were okay.
We both have an awful belly ache today. :(
Lastly, the worker was stoned. I’m all for 420 but not when you’re on the job. Do that at home.
Granted everything was in the bag, which is rare for fast food but… the nuggets were awful…

I came to this location around 3:30 am through the Drive thru, so before ordering, I wanted to make sure they hadn’t switched over to the breakfast menu yet. (I’ve been to a couple locations that switched to 3 am breakfast.) When I asked, the girl over the speaker told me they switched to only breakfast at 4 am. Sweet! Before I could order, she clarified that they were only serving the dinner menu. I ordered a burger, but before I could continue, the girl’s voice came over the speaker again, though it was clear she was talking to someone else. She snidely said, «I SAID we were on the breakfast menu,» and then I heard someone in back tell her that it was, in fact, the dinner menu. Just as the girl had told me before.
Pro-​tip: If you want to talk smack or complain about customers, TURN OFF THE MIC.
I just wanted to get food and go home, so I ordered anyway and pulled around. The cashier was friendly and courteous, so no complaints about him. He handed me my bag and I was on my way.
When I got home, I opened the bag, and my fries were completely upside down in the bag, and my burger had come out of its haphazard wrapping. (Of course when I don’t check, it happens like that, lol.) After scooping out my fries, I pulled out my burger which had also obviously been half haphazardly put together since it was completely falling apart. I think I’ll make the extra drive to the location near the highway from now on.

Months have gone by and haven’t recd wrong order in long long time. Seems change in management has helped. Scary parking lot. All in all one of the better McDs. Of the 3 in BB for sure.

They don’t wear gloves when handling are food and health dept should be told about that.

It’s a McDonald’s. I don’t know what everyone expects. It’s fake food, read up on the food process. It’s gross. I sadly admit that I’d come here for a Diet Coke from time to time, or a couple nuggets or fries for my son.
The drive-​thru can be ridiculous. Sometimes they have someone at both speaker-​box spots, so they both move up, so do you. You can hear them take the order of the car behind you, but they forget about you. The car behind you starts to honk like crazy, so you move to the window to place your order. Before they even say, «Hi, did you have the blah blah blah?» they stick their hand in your face and demand «$ 7.92.»
«No, I didn’t order.»
«You didn’t have the blah blah blah?»
«No, no one took my order.»
«Oh. Ok then. Whatchu want?»
«Damn, it’s like that? A Diet Coke and a Happy Meal.»
«Mmmmhmmmm…» [insert dead silence for WAY too long]
«$ 16.29″
“No. It was just a Happy Meal and a Diet Coke.»
«Ughhhh…»
Plus, I’ve heard from an employee they snap a photo of you in the drive-​thru to better assist them matching their orders to their customers. Yikes. Hope that’s not true. Either way, I barely crack my window, lol, and I order from behind my arm. It’s embarrassing ordering from McDonald’s — I certainly don’t want my photo on their computers.
Moreover, the orders are ALWAYS wrong. When I would order a Diet Coke, it would be a regular Coke. More blah.

Not clean — lots of workers standing around at 9 am on a Sunday — but NO ONE is at the register taking orders.

inside is nice and clean but service def needs lots of improvement

This particular location has worked it’s ass of for the other two stars. After many a horrible experiences, I have now deemed this as the best in the area. It looks like they worked out a bunch of the kinks, and I’ve gotten nothing but good results.

I am a fan of McDonald’s but not to have all the time. The people here are nice and my mother is (well was) a huge fan of their coffee.
