Awesome place. They have all the food to eat your nostalgia away. Great people also.

This is the place to go if you’re looking for hot Filipino food in/near Bolingbrook. FM Asian mart and Unimart are extremely expensive compared to this place and the food quality is better. This place has plenty of choices for snacks, groceries and hot food, compared to the other two close by Asian stores. The prices are not bad they are far cheaper than the two closer stores. I would highly recommend this place.

Great place to get my rice. I love their take out hot foods too. Pretty much the only place I go to get Filipino food. I’m going to miss the place though since I’m moving to Arizona :(. I hope I find an oriental grocery as great as they are.

I’m Filipino and this is the grocery store I go to when I need pancit noodles, fish sauce, soy sauce, lumpia wrappers, etc. This place is like every other small Filipino grocery store that I’ve ever been in – small, dark, kind of smells weird, but it has everything you need if you’re Filipino. I’ve gotten the lumpia here and it’s OK — does the trick when you’re craving lumpia but homemade is always better. They have Filipino baked goods here, like mocha cakes and hopia. I stocked up on bottles of Sriracha here once and I think one of them was already open when I got home, which was kind of gross, but that won’t keep me from coming back.

When I fly back to Chicago to see my family — we stop here for Filipino food. I’ve never shopped the store but we get a large amount boxed up to-go. Around 9am they were making everything so it was hot + fresh. Delicious!

I usually come here to pick up jerk seasoning paste, and I found it all expired and/or leaking. Eew. They need to learn to rotate stock. They do have a hot bar full of interesting ethic foods, as well as a large selection of frozen items, but I sharply question the cleanliness of this place.

Wow UniMart can suck it compared to Jofen’s selection, customer service, carry-out food and prices! If you’re the southwest suburbs and you’re looking for lumpia shanghai or kare-kare, come here!!!

When I’m in my hometown and I’m craving filipino food I like to go here! I can buy all my favorite ingredients here… they also sell awesome familiar filipino dishes like adobo, pancit, fried milk fish. wow I’m drooling right now! They give you extremely large portions for their carry out food and are super friendly! I can’t wait to be back in town now that I’m thinking of this place.
