I was there yesterday looking to get navy blue sports blazer for my nephew in size 3 and price at the store was $ 60 and same thing at woodfeild mall store was $ 44 and online they had extra 20% off which was $ 33. I told the sales person and manager they said they can’t do price adjustment. Many things I see at the store were priced more then their retail store. I was disappointed and they said they are franchise.

My friend from where I used to work got my new granddaughter a darling outfit from here. I had to check it out and I made the mistake of bringing my husband with me. We walked in and were greeted by the super friendly and helpful manager who queried as to what brought us in. When we responded that we were new Grandparents we should have just handed over all our money and asked for mercy because that is basically what happened. I had planned on buying clearance items but seriously, how could I not buy the Easter outfit? With the matching bunny ear headband plus socks, duh! I looked around and discovered my husband picking up clothes like the love sick Grandpa he is. I got him to focus on one outfit for now and the cutest poppy summer outfit for later. He had to include the hat and sunglasses, who wouldn’t? Everything was wrapped and placed in gorgeous boxes then placed in fabulous bags. If you spent more than 75.00 your recipient got a coupon for a free 8 by 10 photo. Let’s just say Zara could have had multiple photos. Every once in a while it is fun to go overboard, way overboard. We did it here and for our big bucks we got superb quality. These are clothes which will look smashing, stand up to multiple washings and make whoever gets the hand me downs deliriously happy. Plus we figure if we are good to Zara now, she will visit us in the nursing home in the future!

I love this store! Such cute clothes for little girls! Wish that they would send out coupons more often to loyal shoppers but their parent company Gymboree only does it for Gymboree. Been to a lot of the other Janie and Jack store but this one has the best customer service and will call you when a sale is coming up!

Holy cuteness! I’m having a girl in June and heard about this shop and stopped in yesterday. OMG, I wanted to buy half the shop but held back. My only complaint is the shop is small so their layette selection is small but it looks like there’s a bigger selection online. I’m a fan and will stop closer to my due date.

When I first found out that I was having a boy, I was bummed that I wouldn’t be able to find cute clothes. I mean, boy clothes aren’t really that cute – until I stumbled upon Janie and Jack at the Bolingbrook outdoor mall, the Promenade. Now I seem to have transferred my shopping habit onto my child. I typically have to talk to myself and make myself go directly to the freeway without stopping at this place because I know what can happen if I go in. The clothes/accessories/shoes are adorable for my little man; expensive, but I always catch great sales. Suits the styles that I like for boys when you don’t want them to be dressed so «baby». Like with my own wardrobe, I will pay for him not to look like every other little boy in a striped shirt. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that there are coupons floating around out there that some customers get, yet I never do(not even when I fill out their online surveys). What’s up with no perks for loyal customers? Nevertheless, I’m always excited to go in to see what’s new, and the gals at this location are always so friendly. Makes overspending a lot easier. It’s cool how they keep a photo album of all of their«little customers» in Janie and Jack gear and greet my little one by name. I guess God knew to give me a boy first, because if I’d had a girl, I’d have been spend crazy at J&J!
