Dairy Queen

We patronize this Dairy Queen on a regular basis as it’s the closest to where we live. The customer service is non-​existence since it’s being run by a bunch of 16 year olds. I went there this evening with the family for blizzards and went through the drive thru. I ordered 4 blizzards and when I got to the window he gave me an amount that was higher than what it has been previously. I said that amount is too much, this kid looks at the screen and says back to me, «No that’s right!» He then turns around and grabs the tray of blizzards and almost tosses them into the car through the window. Now we all ordered very similar blizzards and they all had lids on them and we were unable to tell which was which! Instead of them handing them to us one by one and telling us which was which so we knew! I waited at the window to ask this kid but he had disappeared, I sat there for a minute waiting. Well by the time we got home and took the lids off they were just melted, soupy messes that we couldn’t distinguish one from another. Then on top of that I try to find a phone number to call and complain but all the phone numbers are disconnected! How do you run a business without a phone!!! Extremely disappointed!

Went to this location after hitting up the local B Dubs. It’s a great after meal treat with reasonable prices.

The ice cream here is very good. I like to buy the blizzards. My favorite is the chocolate kinds. The people are friendly as well. Last time, I ordered a small blizzard, and when I noticed just how small the blizzard was I became disappointed and switched the size to a medium. They had no problem with it at all. Now that’s what I call nice customer service.

My favorite item on the DQ menu is the plain vanilla ice cream. Compared to other ice creams, it’s a lot smoother and creamier. I believe it has fewer calories as well, for those who’d like to watch their feminine figures.
