Chase Bank

I received an offer for a cash bonus in the mail if I opened a checking account with direct deposit. I was greeted by Roda Jimenez who toom me immediately to her office.
She was friendly, knowledgable and efficient with what I wanted to accomplish. She did offer other services such as a savings accoint or mortgage products, however, was not the least bit pushy when I declined.
She went the extra step to help me download the Chase mobile application and ensure my login was working. In addition she helped me make my initial deposit at their ATM. Finally Roda made sure I had her contact information should I have any questions or concerns.
I was extremely happy with the service provided by this Chase branch!
