I don’t feel old but working in front of two 24 inch monitors and a laptop screen for the last couple of years plus the many years looking at expediter and kitchen monitors have taken a toll on my peeps. On the recommendation of my wonderful wife, i decided to have the peeps checked out. Really, they were okay but it was recommended to get some reading glasses. Oh man, now I feel old. Checking around Boise and Meridian there are not a lot of options besides the usual suspects. Intermountain Eye centers, Wal-​Mart, Shopko etc. I remembered that there was a place at the Boise mall but honestly could not remember the name. We headed to mall and made a direct line into Visionworks. They have a huge selection of frames and quite a number of specials. The real draw is the customer support. If you are the type of person that is looking for glasses in two hours. This is not for you but if you are looking for a knowledgable staff that genuinely cares about you and your peeps, then Visionworks is for you. Joshua took excellent care of us the first night. He was by himself late on a Thursday night but used his charm and friendly customer service to effortlessly take care of the onslaught of customers. He took plenty of time ensuring that we were familiar with all the ins and outs with the lens and the frames. With their buy one get one free promotion, we ended up with two glasses, frames, lens, one with clear coating and the other with transitions for a total of $ 336 dollars. The value and service was top notch and highly recommended. If you peeps need some extra support via glasses. Take some time and visit with Joshua at Visionworks. It will be an eye-​opening experience.

Poor service a mix of friendly people and employees that could careless no sense of urgency or commitment missed deadlines no problem you can drive 80 mile again

I went to this place due to it being in network… I went in thinking it would take 30 mins but instead I was there for 2 hours… The staff is very friendly and are willing to work with you. Once We had the insurance taken care of it went Well.
