We had a water pipe burst and the plumber referred Titan. They started out strong and promised that they could do the damage repair. After weeks of talking to the person that answera the phone and being promised that we would get a return call from the owner with 30 minutes we have given up. We have seen the bill that they submitted to insurance. It was for $ 1000.00 for less then 2 hours of being on premises. After talking to different reputable, professional contractors they had no intention of doing the repair work. They made $ 1000.00 for 2 hours of walking around. Totally unprofessional. Would not recommend them for anything.
