The Studio an Elite Salon and Spa

The person I have been getting my hair cut by off and on for the past ten years has been working at The Studio for approximately a year and a half. It was time to finally do something different with my hair than just maintain my current length/​style, so it was a no brainer that I had to track down the one stylist who has always worked wonders with my hair. I ended up being really happy with not only my haircut, but the overall experience. The atmosphere at The Studio is pleasant — it is open, there are comfortable chairs to sit in while you wait, and it’s in a nice part of downtown where you can watch what is happening outside. There are also high ceilings and lots of lighting, so it does not feel as cramped as many other hair salons are. While it is possible to hear the conversation of the person getting their hair cut one seat over (despite adequate spacing between stations), all of the stylists are friendly and the clientele reflects that positivity. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

My gf saw that new place downtown near her work. She made an appointment to get her hair cut after she saw on their website that it is suppose to be $ 35. After they cut her hair, they charged her $ 45

I just had the best manicure from Ashley. She was a delight and my manicure looks beautiful. Highly recommend her to anyone in downtown Boise.

What a find! Saw Ashley for a manicure — fantastic. One of the best I’ve had, certainly the best in Boise. Clean, modern, friendly atmosphere… just what downtown needs.
Was visiting Boise from San Francisco and needed a shellac-​type manicure before heading home. Happened to find this salon while walking by and was lucky enough to get in with Ashley (she has a loyal clientele so can’t always take walk-​ins!). I am not kidding, this was the best shellac manicure I’ve ever had. Being from SF, that’s saying something! I got french, and it lasted a full 2 weeks with zero chipping or cracking (which I didn’t even know was possible), even though I’m very hard on my nails.
Wish I could bottle her up and bring her down to the Bay Area!

I was walking down the street in Downtown Boise looking for a nail place.
As I walked down Idaho street, right on the corner, I see an sign sitting on the sidewalk, written in colorful chalk!
Manicure $ 25.00… I looked at the shop it was a beautiful old building with huge windows. It looked very hip and clean. So I went in.
I was greeted by a nice girl Shauna, or Shania, sorry if wrong on the spelling.
She said yes we can do your nails in about 10 min.
It was so hot outside, I was melting. She got me a large glass of ice water right away.
She was a life saver!
Then I asked her if I could possibly get my roots done while I was there.
She said yes right away.
So I got my roots done, then while processing Ashley did my Nails.
I was so happy with the service, I got it all done in 2 hours and was on my way back to my hotel.
Not only was My service wonderful, I loved the salon itself.
It was clean and modern. The staff was lovely. They offered everyone, water, coffee, or Tea.
All the procedures were sterile and done nicely.
I really enjoyed my afternoon here and all without a plan. I had just walked in off the street.
If I lived in Boise, this would be my go to place.
Loved it and Highly recommend it in every way.

I decided to try The Studio I went on a Saturday and I had the BEST facial ever from Karia and a body wrap, it was a great spa day. The Salon was beautiful and the service was great, can’t wait to go back again!
