I prepaid for a mani-​pedi with Kate and literally had no idea someone could be this unprofessional. I came in and had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled time even to begin., When she did start my pedi her boyfriend showed up, and instead of finishing my pedi (not to mention my mani) she ran out of time and said if I came back next week she’d do another pedi and upgrade my mani. Since then she’s rescheduled me 4 times, 2 of which she didnt let me know that she couldnt make it until 10 minutes before the appointment time. Im writing this one off as a loss of time and money, but I hope no one else has to deal with this girl.
