When I first started using Serenity, it seemed like things were good. They responded to phone calls, and were consistent on when they came each week. After the first month, they no longer showed any regard to any of my needs besides the standard weekly mowing. I had to call and text for 3 weeks straight to get them to come fertilize. When I needed them to deal with the weeds in the lawn, it took nearly a month to get a single response. So they came out and sprayed them one time. At the end of mowing season, same thing with sprinkler blow-​outs. I tried to reach them for two weeks without a single response, and ended up having to hire a different company altogether to come get the job done.
If you want a company who will consistently mow once a week at the same time, but show little regard for any of your other lawn needs, Serenity is definitely an option. For me, I will spend my money elsewhere.

I hired Shawn twice. The first time he got really behind. I had to ask him to do several things repeatedly but he made good. However, he claimed he fixed the sprinkler system and I found the yard mostly dead weeks later with new sod having to be replaced. It cost me over $ 300 in water for one month since there was a leaky head he couldn’t fix. He admitted to «biting off more than he could chew» and replaced the dead sod. I had to hire someone else to fix the sprinkler system.
I gave him another chance since he’s so likable & sincere. This time he failed to give the detailed list of instructions to his crew. They came not knowing half of the things that needed done. I had to go over the whole job again with them. After several calls & emails asking Shawn to send him guys to finish the work on my yard & trees, I gave finally gave up.
Also, his crew DID NOT follow my direction to trim a branch back only 1 foot. They cut off the whole limb — about 8 feet. This ruined the shade for my hosta garden. Most hostas are now sunburned & look terrible. It may take years for a limb to grow to cover this garden area. I may never again have the shade needed to grow these lovely plants i have invested so much in time & money.

Serenity was able to come out and completely turn around the direction my lawn was headed in just one small spring clean up. I also had my lawn aerated. Great service and will use again with out question.
