Safelite AutoGlass

During our move to Idaho, we encountered a stretch of road that had a layer of gravel (why do road crews use this stuff??) I got a ping on my window which later turned into a large crack.
My insurance company recommended Safelite and I am so glad they did. The process was seamless. My insurance agent called Safelite, who called me immediately. They scheduled an appointment that worked with my schedule and even gave me the option of coming to my home at no extra cost. Safelite also sent a follow up email with the times and let us know who would be showing up at our home… they even placed a marker on Google maps with our appt. time… funny.
On the day of our appt., Ryan S. called ahead to let us know that he was on his way. When he arrived, he got right to work. The whole process took less than an hour and I had a brand new window sans crack. Ryan even cleaned all my car windows and brought in my trash can from the curb. He let us know about the care of the window and left us his personal cell phone number in case we had any questions.
Also, all the paperwork for my insurance claim was handled between Safelite and my ins. co. I just needed to pay for the deductible with my credit card.
Service like this is from another time when the customer always came first. Glad to see that Safelite is carrying on the tradition. A gazillion stars for them.

5 star customer service. Had a rock chip that needed to get repaired and these guys had me in and out in only about twenty minutes. Even helped me get ahold of my insurence company to file a claim. Would definetly recommend this place.

I was referred to Safelite from my insurance company. The scheduling process was very easy and only took a few minutes.
Chris was the technician who came to my house to replace the windshield in my car. He did a fantastic job from start to finish!
He called the morning of to let me know a time frame for his arrival. He also sent a text message telling me he was on his way.
He completed the job in about an hour. He cleaned all the windows in my car; not just the one that was replaced. He also vacuumed! He was very personable and professional. If you need glassworks done, I would highly recommend Safelite!
