Thoroughly unhappy with this service. We had Mike out for an estimate for our kitchen floor on June 26th. We’ve been trying to get on the schedule to get the service done ever since. So far, that’s 42 days and counting. We’ve been told that they’re prioritizing higher dollar jobs.
