Kyla Beutler Floral Artistry

I live in San Diego and needed a florist to send my mom a bouquet at my aunt’s house in Idaho so I took to Unilocal.Kyla Beutler Floral Artistry’s website was the most user friendly to navigate and had the best prices. I ordered online and the flowers were delivered the next day at no extra charge. They sent me an email saying no one was home so they left the flowers tucked away on the front patio (per my directions). My mom absolutely loved them and said it was one of the prettiest bouquets she’s ever received.
A couple days later I decided I should send my aunt some flowers as well. This time I called and spoke with the owner. I said I was driving and couldn’t place the order online or give her my credit card info. She said no problem and took my order over the phone and then sent a PayPal invoice to my email. She took the time to ask me my aunt’s favorite colors and flowers. The flowers were hand delivered by the owner herself, on the same day at no extra charge. She then notified me that they had been delivered and how happy my aunt was. My aunt texted me that the flowers were gorgeous and made her feel very special.
The customer service level with this experience was off the charts exceptional. I wish she had a shop in San Diego!

No matter what kind of product or service you look for it’s always hard to find the best of the best and those that are passionate about what they do! This may be a long review, but please bear with me because it’s worth your time to read the review to the end. This Florist/​artist is the best of the best and is passionate with what she does.
Kyla has an amazing talent that I have yet to see anywhere else. Her designs are definitely one of a kind and I feel as though she listens and really understands how to create such beauty when she is given the task!
I have ordered two arrangements over the years and both were impeccably unique and absolutely beautiful.
Kyla uses more quality and quantity of flowers in her arrangements than any florist in town. You get tons of flowers, and very little fillers (the greens)! I think that’s why they look so amazing! You get both Quality and quantity with her work! I also believe her price point is way below that of the quality she does! I feel like I don’t spend very much yet get so much! I definitely feel valued as the customer.
The latest arrangement I had ordered for my mother i had expressed to Kyla that I wanted the arrangement to represent love, happiness, warmth, and support and to include my mom’s favorite flower, the gerber Daisy. My mom and my family have had a rough go lately and I wanted to share some beauty in life with my best friend! My mother got teary and said they were so warm and made here feel very loved and happy. Those are three out of the four words I gave to Kyla to describe what I wanted my mom to feel. She absolutely nailed it!
Thank you Kyla for your amazing artistry and for the quality of design you have given me over the years! I will be using you more often to express my love and gratitude for others in my life be it family or friends!

My husband and I received a gorgeous arrangement of seasonal fresh flowers delivered to our door by Floral Artistry last week. Beautiful blooms of splendid quality and so artfully arranged. Absolutely lovely and three days into their lifetime in our home they look as good as when they were delivered. An assortment of sunflowers, hydrangeas, cosmos (I think), what looks like blooming blackberry vines, snowberry, dahlias… delightful!
I don’t know what is the price of this floral artwork since they were a gift. I haven’t ordered from this florist yet so I can only assess the star rating from what was delivered to my home and for that it is a big five stars. There was heart put into this arrangement!
I’m still plenty perturbed with the person who sent the flowers. (This does not get him off the hook for his failure to follow through on commitments that made my life more difficult for the last six months. That’s another story.) But I’m pretty pleased to have been introduced to this florist by his sending the blooms!
