They were not very nice and treated me like an idiot just trying to get set up… asking what my goals were several times over. I think they want a certain type of member and evidently it is not everyone. i have done crossfit and crossfit style in other cities and thought I would try to try this out… but I prefer somewhere they are nice, and respectful. I was totally stunned after how I was treated reading the other reviews, as they seem to do a weeding out of prospective clients, instead of an everyone is welcome to try it out sort of thing. Unsure if it is just this location or the entire franchise.

Went to check out the gym today to see what’s offered in other cities. The staff was great, the gym was nice and clean and the class was fun. I’ll definitely swing back through here next time I’m in town!

I am 100% convinced this is the best way to get yourself into the best shape of your life. Spend a couple weeks with them, and I guarantee you will agree. The wealth of knowledge Brett brings to the table is hard to match anywhere. And the price is absolutely amazing.
Do not waste your money on a gym membership, you don’t need it. Camp is the way to go if you want real results. Not to mention that nutrition plays the biggest part in your health and this camp includes FREE nutrition counseling as part of the package! You can’t get that anywhere else, trust me. The nutrition counseling alone is worth it, and the workout alone is worth it. You will be in the best shape of your life in no-​time. I am.
My story: I came to camp out of shape but not overly obese. Brett, the camp leader, took my stats on the first day (also included) and I was 12.6% body fat, 5’8, and about 160 pounds (male). In 4 – 5 weeks I dropped down into the 9% body fat range and lost 17 pounds of fat (which is HUGE for someone who weighs as little as I do). In the next few weeks I put back on over half that in lean muscle mass.
