I had Keto service my furnace before moving into my house. They went through it very thoroughly and explained how the humidifier feature worked and gave me recommendations on where to set it. I’m very happy with their service and will recommend them to everyone.

I had Keto come out for a furnace/​AC service. It had been about 5 years since I’d had anything serviced so I was anticipating some «surprises». Keto charged $ 103 for the furnace/​AC service — this included replacing some parts. The nice thing about this was that there weren’t any surprise charge associated with replacing parts — the labor was INCLUDED in the service (unlike many places that tack on charges for everything beyond ringing the doorbell).
I had a couple of parts replaced — which came to ~$ 150. I checked on line and this allowed Keto to earn a HEALTHY margin (the parts would be ~$ 50 with shipping and tax). This is the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5… if i could give them 4.5 stars i would. It was still a much better deal to just have them install the parts instead of ordering them myself (its worth $ 100 to have the right part installed by a pro).
My mechanic was Dave — who had serviced my furnace before I owned the house. He even remembered the last owners name! He was a class act.
