We have used Jim’s for years. When our heater went out this winter, they couldn’t come out to look at it for five days. Keeping loyal customers in the cold for five days does not keep customers loyal. Looking for a new service provider.

Extremely disappointed with Jim’s Heating & Cooling. After asking them for a complete combined quote for full HVAC system checkup, they doubled the bill on me later, telling me the quote was for each unit(heating and AC separately). I was extremely clear up front what I wanted, and even asked them to give me one full number for both systems(sharing with them my lowest quote from A-1 Heating and Cooling). And due to their lack of honesty, I eventually ended up paying more to Jim’s then a lower quote I had gotten from A-1 to do the same work. I will never do business with Jim’s again and should have stayed with A-1(who were at least clear and honest about their quoted pricing). A pretty dishonorable way for Jim’s to bait for an intended switch, …lesson learned.

We read some of the reviews on Jim’s company and decided to give them a call. Brent came out for the quote for a whole home humidifier system and he was extremely pleasant. He spent well over an hour and we never felt rushed or pressured. He gave us a quote for the work and we eventually went with them. A few days later, Brent arrived with installer Dwight and the job was reviewed then Dwight got to work. The job was a bit involved and took about 6 hours. Dwight made sure everything was working up to our satisfaction and left the job site spotless. The next day Sally called from the office to check in with us. She even went ahead and registered the two different products with the manufacturer for the warranty. Who does that for you these days? Brent also followed up with not only a phone call but an at home inspection a few days later. Amazing. We had an additional unrelated service call for a furnace part and today we had Erick, with Jim’s, come out. He brought the part which was covered under warranty, which they confirmed, fixed the problem and we are good to go. So that’s my review. We just purchased this as a second home, and in our home state, we rarely get this level of service and personal attention. We just might not go back! 5 Starts Jim’s crew.

Rick came out to perform annual maintenance on our air conditioner. He was not pushy, but did comment that even though our 23 year old A/C is functioning, when we are ready to get a new one, we’d enjoy greater efficiency and cost savings. He provided enough information that I asked to have one of their consultants come visit us at no charge. Mark came out, which we appreciated because we worked with him when we updated our Trane furnace with Jim’s a couple of years ago. Mark is very professional, very personable, very thorough, and knows his business and his products. We trust him and we trust Jim’s to stand behind their products.
