I used their website to get an estimate. I never got a call. So I called them. Someone came out and it was nice. I want to hire them. I was told someone would call to make an appointment In a week. I’m still waiting.
Why must I chase them for my business?
They just called me back today 01÷13÷16. Almost a month later…

I worked with Nathan Nipper. Nathan gave me an estimate for two different insulation options. We worked through some ideas together (including sound proofing options) and came to a consensus.
Nathan and his team did the work in a timeline which we had agreed to for the amount specified. I was happy to work with a team of professionals where there were no surprises, and I received the products and services I was expecting.
If I need to insulate anything else, I will call Insulation Plus again and recommend them to my friends.
