HCC has a new chef and his specials are amazing! Service could improve a bit, but the overall experience was amazing. The food was terrific(some of the best in Boise), the view is spectacular, and Club is beautiful. With the new chef, this place will be destination dining in a few months. I had a halibut special, with jumbo prawns and a red curry sauce. It was the best piece of halibut I’ve ever had. Veggies were fresh from the Saturday Market(so we were told) and you could tell. We’ll be finding more friends to go eat with and may consider joining ourselves!
