I went into this Sprint store this morning after plenty of very stressful phone calls with sprint customer service. I am extremely happy with the way myself and my children where treated there. The supervisor Jay and Andrea went out of there way to help entertain my children and handle my needs while I was in there store trying to fix issues on my account. Jay and Andrea where amazing and even made balloon animals to help my 1 year old from crying. I highly recommend this store! I called customer service and told them that Jay and Andrea helped all of my issues I am extremely happy with the way my family and I where treated. This store knows real customer service! A++++++

Never in my life thought I would give a Sprint Store a five-star rating on Unilocal,or that I would even care enough to write a review about a place that sells mobile phones and mobile phone services. But I am. I switched to Sprint from Verizon, because even though I still think Verizon is the best coverage, I also think, no scratch that, I KNOW they are the most expense and I KNOW that they have the crappiest selection of phones. So we got that out of the way — keep in mind I am NOT reviewing Sprint’s actual cellular network and service because I’ve only had it for 9 days, but so far it hasn’t let me down(but I’ve yet to travel out of the area, where I’m told I won’t be so successful). But for the store and it’s employees — top marks. My salesman, Matt, is the guy to see. He’s a workaholic so he’s always there. And he gives it to you straight. He knows Sprint’s plans can’t be beat, but he works to give you an even lower price — asking you tons of questions to see if you will qualify for any of Sprint’s plan discounts. Matt knows the phones, he won’t sell you one that sucks. He’ll fill out the rebate paperwork for you in its entirety. If he really wants to make the sale, he may even give you his cell number to contact him in the future if you have any questions. And I did, when I was out east and I somehow deleted the cool digital clock and weather from my home display, I texted Matt. He called me back within seconds and gave me step-by-step instructions for how to stop myself from being an idiot and restore my phone back to how I wanted it. What’s also good about this store is it’s a real Sprint Store, as opposed to a Sprint affiliate or licensee, which I noticed the salespeople here tended to bail out customers who had visited non-Sprint stores in the past and gotten screwed. So if you’re a Sprint customer and you want good service, or if you’re a Verizon customer paying $ 158 a month for a dataplan, or if you’re an AT&T customer paying $ 124/mo for a plan that drops calls every 5 minutes especially when you move into or out of spotty 3G coverage, or if you’re a T-mobile customer who pays a fair price for your bill but you’re sick of your phone not working anywhere, or if you’re a total jackass and you have boost mobile… …get your ass to the Sprint Store in Bohemia, ask for Matt, and pat yourself on the back for making a good decision and paying only $ 69.99 for unlimited data.
