. air conditioning didn’t work and, car was old and worn out. Driver confessed to 2006 vintage and around 500,000 miles. Second old worn out car in the last week from this company. Drivers seem ok but vehicles belong to the company and nothing they can do. driver called the boss who offered 10% discount for no air conditioning. tells me that repeat business not important or expected

I would give a 0 star review if possible since he did not show up. I reserved the car for my mother in law for a family emergency. While making the reservation, I stated how important it was for him to be there on time. My mother in law waited for an hour without hearing from him. I then called and the call went straight to voicemail. Do not use this car service unless you want to be left waiting at the airport.

Unreliable. Booked them for an early morning ride to the airport. The driver did not show. They called a few days later with apologies!
