All Service Pros Inc

I contacted All Service Pros Inc of Bohemia NY (Plumbing and heating) because I was in need of a new Plumbing and Heating company, as my plumber retired last year.
I wish I had called All Service Pros FIRST when looking for a new Plumbing and Heating company, because the first company that I called (see my other review) gave me an inflated estimate and wouldn’t even itemize it.
Anyway, when I called All Service Pros, I spoke with Theresa. I explained to her about my prior call to the other company and how I was now out $ 85.81 for a job that never got done.
She asked me what I needed to have done and I explained that I needed my whole house humidifier serviced, and gave her the part numbers for the replacement water filter and Germicidal UV bulb. I also needed a new nozzle. I asked her if I could send her photos and she said yes, so I emailed her photos of my set up, being that we were doing this over the phone.
That same day, I received a call back from Theresa with a quote for the job and also and itemization of what it would cost. The total was 231.37 including tax.
This was MUCH closer to what I’ve been paying for over 10 years to have these parts changed out with the plumber who retired.
(231.37 is not even CLOSE to the outrageous quote of 505.70 from N H Ross. Do the math.
We made the appointment for Wednesday, December 12 between 12 and 2 pm.
Theresa gave me a call to let me know that Jimmy of All Service Pros was on his way just after 1:20.
When Jimmy arrived, the first thing he did was put shoe covers on his feet. Then we went down the basement and he serviced the humidifier, changing the nozzle and the water filter. He tested it out and it was a go.
Jimmy was very professional and personable. He did the work that needed to be done and we tested the humidity before he left.
If I could give them more stars, they would fill this page.
