I stopped in today to grab a holster and feel out the latest gun retailer in Athens.
It’s pretty easy to find-​rt behind the old Lowes building. The store is very clean and well lit. I hate that I didn’t get the name of the person who helped me select a holster. He was very knowledgable with different methods of carrying concealed.
They have a good selection of handguns, tactical shotguns and AR platform rifles and parts. This may not be the best place to shop for an over/​under shotgun for upland bird hunting as they mainly seem to be focused on home-​defense, concealed carry and sport shooting. Prices on everything look very reasonable.
Bottom line? Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, well laid out showroom, good selection of defensive/​sporting arms and ammo. My only gripe? It’s too far from my house!!! Highly recommended.
