I was a customer of this shop for the last decade.
Had never lost ANY pawned jewelry items until recently. I was late on my interest and had several fine jewelry pieces with these idiots. The male owner told me to call anytime with a card number if I couldn’t stop by and I thought they were my friends. Here in lies the problem. I tried and tried to call these a-​holes for months many times and they don’t answer their phone and he knew my gold/​diamonds had been sold. I thought I was dealing with a nice family but I was definitely wrong!!! They sold everything without as much as one courtesy call! I will NEVER recommend these nasty money grubbers or their trashy store to anyone in the Athens area.
