Just wanted to look at trailer homes, had to answer 50 questions, including questions about debt, which wasn’t any of their business, seeing as they do NONE of the financing and we are already set up with our bank, plus, I just wanted to simply LOOK at the double wides available. To top it off we ended up looking at 3 homes, spent about an hour and a half there. Some advice to palm harbor in Boerne, if you want to sell a home, let the person look before you prod them with 50 useless questions. Will NOT be buying a home here.
