Boerne, TX
2 weeks without water. I don’t know what else to do… I spoke with John and Jim Schwope and they said they would get back with me. They never once called back even after a dozen calls for help with the well. Called again today 2 weeks later and was basically told that Schwope was too busy to help us. All my neighbors and fellow workers swear that Schwope and sons were the place to get help. I tried to call to get a tank installed which my neighbors will fill for us. But Schwope didn’t call back or provide any direction to help my family. I know this isn’t the norm based on what others have said, but my family and I are out of options on what to do.
