I agree with the other review that most of the people here appear to be long term folks. We were just passing through with our 3 kids on the way across the country and stayed here two nights back in July. I had called ahead and all our paperwork was waiting for us in the late check in box. Furthermore, I had looked at the map and asked if they had anything near a playground or at least space for our kids to run around. We were given a site right next the playground and a huge field, which our two younger kids loved! However, as I mentioned, lot of long term folks and we were parked right next to a park model mobile home. It’s not an issue as I love meeting people and enjoyed meeting this gentleman as well, just different than some folks may be expecting. It also wasn’t the cheapest stop on our 2 week loop around the country, but was still cheaper than a hotel and was only a couple miles from our friends. Staff at the front desk was friendly as was the guy who fills propane, even if he wouldn’t fill my tank(my fault, it was expired… at least he’s legal!). All in all a good stop and we’d probably consider it again.

I don’t know how impartial I can be because I love RVing, but Alamo Fiesta is a nice, quiet, relaxing RV park. Most of the RVers seem to be there long term. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable about RVing and the park itself. The park doesn’t seem to have much happening nearby, but if you have issues with your RV, you can get assistance pretty quickly locally. There are numerous dealers and mechanics around. I knew they had cable; just didn’t know the selection was so limited(no ESPN, and Fox News was the only cable news channel). I would have bought my satellite dish if I had known. The free WIFI was like free WIFI. Other than that Alamo Fiesta was just fine.
