I have shopped at this store for the last 12 years and always have a great experience. I recently had an issue with my iphone and i was dreading the outcome… in seconds the manager resolved my issue and offered me a really great deal on an ipad… the sales people really care about you and I was satisfied. Verizon in general has always been the very best wireless company and continues to be. Ignore the fact they are a little more expensive. They are worth it.

Ive had a contract with Verizon for several years. I stopped in this outlet in Boca Raton on Glades rd. and after purchasing two Apple I-6 phones I was offered a «free Tablet» because I was such a good customer. The salesman advised me that all I had to do was maintain a $ 10.00 a month data charge for the remainder of my 2 yr. contract. Sounded good so I agreed. I never used the tablet because its an awkward size and the I-Phone does everything the tablet does. After 4 months of non-use I called to cancel the data at $ 10.00 and was told I was stuck in a contract and that I could not get out of the charge even though I literally never used the thing. 2 hours later and several transfers later I advised them that they were going to loose my monthly $ 153. that I have been paying for years over a chincy $ 10. They couldn’t care less. No way was I getting out of that measly $ 10. scam fee. The fact is they WILL loose me forever and everyone else that I speak to from now on. Don’t let these crooks«give you anything» unless it comes with«KY».

I was visiting from NY and stopped in because my phone broke and I only had one more month until I could upgrade. i was told that i wouldn’t be able to upgrade but they would do the best they can to find a solution. Not only did they hook me up with a new Galaxy for a good price, I also left with accessories and an awesome blue tooth speaker. The manager and sales associates really helped me out. I am almost positive I wouldn’t have got this same service in NY.

i am not technologically savvy. I do not own an iPhone, my 11 year old does!!! this was our 2nd experience in this store, Jackie and Michael helped us tremendously and we were out of the store satisfied in 30 minutes. now a Verizon store is not a place that I want to frequent, I hate cell phones and the competitiveness and upgrading but we had to transfer data from one broken phone to another. Jackie saw my frustrated facial expression and when we she took our name and told us it was 35 minutes, she doubled tasked and took us on as clients even though she was at the door doing the roster. I was very surprised and give both employees kudos. Michael stepped in to finish the transaction with my credit card and putting a glass shield on the phone. he was our original salesperson when the phone was purchased in august. he had to deal with my mother in law from long island on that visit. he did great!!! I cant even deal with her. as a former retailer, store manager of a small nyc boutique that has had 5 employees or less, this Verizon store was on their game yesterday afternoon. give credit when credit is due!!! thank you!

Very disappointed with my experience at this store. I arrived only a half hour after they opened on a recent morning, there only to make a simple return of a smartphone case I’d bought there earlier(I picked up something different elsewhere). There were already 5+ customers signed in ahead of me, and you already know each customer will generally take more at least 15 minutes to move along. I am confident my return would take no more than 2 minutes tops, yet I was firmly advised I had absolutely no choice but to wait, and this was already after standing around in there nearly 20 minutes. I did not want to waste half my day here to accomplish something so easy, so I left. P. S. After my experiences at this store, I’m beginning to wonder if it’s like this at all Verizon stores. I used to live in Maryland and recall having the same type of poor experience at the stores there. *heavy sigh*

The most incompetent of ANY Verizon Wireless store I have ever been in and this is coming from a customer of Big Red for 15+ years. Go to the newer store on 441 in Coconut Creek on the southbound side. You stand a chance to leave with a bit of sanity.

I went in here the other day to get some help with my dying blackberry and am a little pissed I wasted my time here and will never get that time back. The guy I dealt with seemed a little too hungover to be of assistance and looked at my phone for a few minutes then told me there was nothing he could do to help me. He said he had never seen that problem before however he didn’t ask any of his associates or a manager and basically told me I was SOL. He did give me some instructions from online which was super helpful since I could have done that at home. Along with that, he gave me the wrong information on my insurance and how much it would be to replace my phone(which I later found out from another Verizon store). Add that to a horrible parking situation and more employees than customers yet you still have to wait awhile for something to «help» you and yeah, I won’t be visiting this store again.
