Trek Bicycle Store of Boca Raton

I was about to buy a Cannondale and decided to see what Trek had to offer. Went into your Boca Raton store… and came home yesterday with a Domane 5.2. Yes, I really really like the bike but the real difference maker was the people in your Boca store.
Saul and Andrew created a buying experience that is so far above any that I’ve ever had. Saul explained all the models, their differences. He compared it to what I was riding now. Gave me ways to think about the options. Andrew fitted me for a test ride on a bike and explained everything he was doing as he didi it. Andrew was spot on in all his recommendations. He taught me so many things I didn’t know.
Both Saul and Andrew could not of been nicer. They are extremely knowledgable and professional. I can’t say enough about how fantastic Saul and Andrew are and what a huge difference they made for me in selecting a new bike. I truly bought this Trek bike because of them. Just a wonderful experience!

met Andrew at the Trek store in Davie when i had an issue with a new rear hub. he was cool. Told me he was one of the only Fox mechanics around. The other day I blew out my Fox Talus fork. no one would touch it and i remembered Andrew. Sought him out and found that he was the tech manager at the new Trek store in Boca. called him up and he remembered me from 6 months ago. Crazy. pulled my shock apart for free cause he didn’t want to guess what the problem might be. Awesome Awesome Awesome. Ordered the parts, fixed me up, and did a full service on my shock. Rode Markham today and called Andrew right after. Amazing. Better than New. also spoke with Saul about a new ride. Great guys. Check out the new store and look for one of these guys. And if you or anyone you know has a problem with their FOX shock, bring it to Andrew no doubt.

Beautiful store, friendly staff, good parking, easy access from the street. But not sure how they will stay in business selling a beach cruiser for 500 bucks when I can buy the same one online for 200? They have some beautiful carbon fiber bikes, so maybe this is just not the right shop for me.

Just recently purchased a new bike here. Did a little bit of research and just ended up buying the bike they recommended. They gave me 1 year tune up which I learned later on was standard… Rode the bike a few times and was disappointed with the components.. Definitely not high quality components for the price. A few of my friends later bought bikes at the local bike store and got a similar bike with better components for a better price. trek bikes are very over priced. I am not satisfied and would never recommend buying here. buy at a local bike shop they will work with you on pricing and get you on a quality bike. I feel very unsafe on my trek as the components will soon break and it’s only been a few months.. I have already upgraded some components as I would like to at least have the bike for a year.

Ok here’s the deal. You need wheels Andew is the man. He built mine when he was at the Boynton Beach location but has been moved to this NEW beautiful little cation in Boca. He has all in info you will need in the service department. My wheels are fantastic and are bullet proof. I will be doing some more business with Trek just based on these people. The product is the product but the people are what make the difference.
