When I visited Dr. Burton’s with my wife the office staff was great. Obviously different individuals.
But we were there for 90 min. for 10 min. with the doctor.

I agree with previous reviews that the doctor is nice, but the front office staff sucks. There’s nothing warm about them… rather they are rude and condescending.
I visited the Boca Raton office. My first visit last year, I waited 70 min to be seen. I thought it was because my appt was in the afternoon and Dr Burton got back logged. My second visit, I specifically booked before 9:00 am thinking I’d get in much sooner. Wrong… I waited nearly 60 min to be seen for my annual physical.
I think the doctor, as nice as she is, over books. It seems like patients are booked every 10 min so it’s easy to fall behind. It almost feels like a factory process, that it’s about seeing as many patients as possible. The other annoying thing is that the office makes you fill out new forms every year, even if nothing has changed. Front Office staff has a snotty attitude.
As much as I like Dr Burton, all the above is really annoying. After my second physical, I’ll be looking for a new gynecologist in a more friendly, well run office.

I recently visited the location in Boynton Beach as a new patient and saw Dr. Burton. I thought Dr. Burton was nice but I did feel rushed through my appointment. However, her staff is awful. When I arrived, I noticed that both the office and staff looked very unclean. The front office staff were loudly discussing their personal lives in front of all waiting patients. One of the patients walked by the front and loudly said, this is not an appropriate conversation for the office. That didn’t seem to matter. After my visit, I was referred to get a mammogram and I had to call the office because the place that they referred me to did not take my insurance. I spoke to her so called office manager and the way she spoke to me was degrading. I can not believe how rude she was! I asked for Dr. Burton’s email and was denied that right. Needless to say, I will not be returning because of the office staff.

I am writing this review for the Boynton office. The Dr. herself is really nice & that is why there are 2 stars. The office management is TERRIBLE. They called to reschedule my last appt. due to a screw up, then I went in & found they had an hour wait. I just called again & tried to reschedule & asked for the best possible time to avoid a wait… they told me it will always be at least an hour wait. I just can’t sit around in a dr. office all day!
