Great place to train and get a good workout. I had to postpone some classes that I already paid for and he did not have to honor doing it later, but he said no problem.

With some fellow co-​workers, I have been attending classes with Barry since the beginning of the summer. We go weekly, and every week we have a great class and I am left completely exhausted from the work out. I have learned a lot from Barry and admire his dedication to his craft. The dojo is always spotless and he is always fired up with great workout music playing as soon as we arrive. This is one of the best personal training and workout class experiences I have ever had.

I don’t know what the reviewer above is talking about. I’ve been working with Barry for a while now and I love his dojo. Here’s why:
1) No weirdo cult of personality sensei stuff. Barry is a great guy, pure and simple. His enthusiasm and energy is infectious and inspiring.
2) Insanely great workouts. Amazing core, arms, flexibility, aerobic, everything you can name. I run triathlons, and his workouts are among the best I’ve enjoyed.
3) Not a belt factory. Go to Stephens to learn, workout, and have fun. No artificial karate-​studio nonsense.
Furthermore, his studio is awesome for businesses — Barry is flexible and will work with you to customize your wellness program.
Great for adults and kids!

Flexible…A pleasure to go there
