Not a bad Starbucks, but not really a good one either. The employees all seem nice and they make the drinks well. My gripe is with the cleanliness; the floors are always dirty, and they have issues keeping the half and half full. Also, I wanted to add coco powder to my coffee but they didn’t have any out. I like the convenience of having a Starbucks on campus, but I would probably choose to go to the one down the road on Glades instead.

They use old beans Espresso Latte Cappuccinos Taste like dirt. I honestly think someone could get sick from those moldy coffee beans. I prefer to buy from an off campus Starbucks.

Last few times I’ve stopped in there, they take a long time to get your drink out and don’t ask/say your name just mumble the drink and leave it on the bar. Whereas at other Starbucks locations the service is so much more fast, friendly and just responsive in general. Also the quality is sub par as well. Why do they even bother to ask if you want whipped cream if they aren’t going to put it in there? Or when I ask for extra foam or syrup and arrive to class and 1 don’t taste it and 2 it’s not marked on the cup. In the future I’ll just leave earlier and stop at an actual Starbucks.
