Refuse to offer customer service. Better off calling or ordering from 800 number. Store is useless!

Where to begin… Well first of all I wanted to upgrade my phone so I thought I’d stroll on in this sprint. I previously came once before and was never greeted or acknowledged, so I left. As I walked in they actually approached me for some reason which was quite surprising and I explained that I want to upgrade my phone. The young girl Stephanie who took me to the back didn’t talk about what kind of phone I wanted or explained any of the details, she just said do you want the 6 or the 6S? I was very caught off guard because she never once asked me my name she never introduced herself and she was very passive aggressive. As we began to discuss the phone she said”” which color did you want««me not knowing which colors they had I said«well are you going to show me any of them»» she was surprised that I actually said that. I really felt that I had to pull her arm to go show me what the phones looked like, or give me any necessary details. This was not my first time upgrading a phone and this was the most bizarre situation I have ever experienced. It was almost as if she wanted to make a sale or she was getting credit for this so she wanted to hurry up and get this transaction over with. I waited probably over an hour and a half for them to transfer the data. As I sat there I noticed the other employees in their mid 20s to 30s making fun of customers that were walking in. This is absolutely appalling behavior and they had no idea I was watching them. After she transferred the data she gave me the new phone and did nothing to explain how the new phone works or what new features it had. At that point I just wanted to leave and I’d figure it out on my own. I will never come to this Store ever again and it is very mis-managed. And the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen.

beware! i was lied to, mislead, told one thing and then given another. In 14 years with sprint I have never felt so left in the dark. My experience was miserable and I am happy to share it with anyone who PM’s me on here or google. I asked the salesman specific questions prior to making my account adjustment(s) and it turns out that everything he verbally represented couldn’t have been any farther from the truth. I am reporting this to BBB, and the state of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

I have came here 3 times to try to get my mother a new phone on our plan and everytime I come in there is an issue. Here are some of the problems I have encountered at this store: 1. They are always out of stock on many of the popular phones. 2. Their customer service is horrible! I am never greeted when I walk in or asked if I need any help. It takes a few minutes for them to even acknowledge me. 3. They make empty promises on your bill and what plan you get. I never feel like I am taken care of at this store. There definitely needs to be some changes.

The people in this store have no idea what they are talking about. They promised me a plan the. When the bill came it wasn’t that plan. I had to go in 5 times and still no one helped. The sales associate Jeremy was extremely rude and act d like he didn’t want to be there. Every time I go I leave unsatisfied.

I came here with my brother who wanted to buy a new smartphone. The store was nice and spread out, well-lit, and clean. It wasn’t really busy, so we were assisted by a sales associate within a few minutes. The associate(can’t remember his name) seemed friendly and helpful throughout my brother’s transaction, and we were in and out the door within 25 minutes. As far as gripes, the only annoying thing was that they have a speaker in the middle of the store blaring LOUD music, but otherwise the experience was great.

They always go out of their way to find me the best option for a device and plan. Very clean and organized store with friendly employees. However, they can only transfer info from one iPhone to another because they only have one machine to do it. For a store next to a huge university, they should be more prepared.

We went in after work to buy new phones and another iPad. The store was a bit busy but we were taken care of right away. Jill T. is the person that helped us and the service she provided was excellent! She went above and beyond — helping to move all of my photos from one device to another. She was very patient and very helpful! We’ll definitely be back for future purchases/upgrades!
