Smart For Life Weight Management Centers

I really wanted to like this bar. I really do, especially since I am always on the market for a good protein bar to eat before a concert so that my friends and I don’t waste time before the show and or money. This bar came to my attention from a recent Eat Vancouver convention, however, just got around to eating the sample this week. Here is where the issue for me is. You get a 1.5″ by 1.5″ 50g «nugget» that is 50g (this is their full size) that is not even filling, even at the claimed 20g of protein. There needs to be some substance in order for this to be filling. I will be honest in saying that it was damn good. I read the label and the reason why it is so good is ’cause there is 10g of sugar in each one… what the fuck seriously? Who the hell do you think you are you small bar? Next please… So why the 3 and not a 2 star rating? ’cause it is good even though the sugar content is way too high to be considered to be constructively healthy.
