Set the Table

This place rocks. Jamie knows some things others don’t in Boca. Like using better ingredients, keeping the menu fresh and being personable with her customers. Been here multiple times both for myself and my company and everyone likes it. You can tell that love and time is put into her work and her prices don’t even do it justice! Give this place a shot and I’m pretty sure you’ll come back. Go Patriots!

Unimpressive… I ordered a caprese salad wrap and was given a Cesar salad wrap instead… But it was so busy I didn’t think it’d be wise to return it. $ 9 for a mediocre wrap and a can of diet coke.
The atmosphere was not great either. Sorry, I won’t be returning.

I was unpleasantly surprised by this place, after seeing 4.5 stars on Unilocal.
The staff is friendly, and helpful. I had the highly recommended mushu pork. It had clearly been reheated because the pork housed a range of different temperatures. Some bites were freezing, others warm, and others steaming. While the fried rice was pretty good, the pork had a sandy taste and the sauce had a mix of different mismatched flavors, including what seemed like American bbq sauce.
The two people I dined with had salads — the cobb salad had the head/​stem part of the lettuce mixed in with white lettuce leaves that were not iceberg.
Other diners also noted that the diet pepsis had been expired since March. We are in August. The owner blamed it on publix, which I found to be a cop out. Maybe I caught this place on the wrong day.

As promised — full 5 stars. I really love this place. Real home-​cooked meals and tons of specials every day. I try to visit at least once a week. I was a bit guilty that I kept using the free soda offer when checking in but the owner made me feel at ease.
I don’t plan many (if any) events that require catering — but this is definitely my new go-​to place. And the fact that they offer dinners-​to-​go is sooooo tempting.
