Rio Cleaners

I don’t mind this place their average. The service is very good. The thing that puzzles me is that they give you a $ 50 ticket for $ 30 introduction they they do that on your first visit only. Why don’t they keep extending it? Cuz now I’m looking for other places that are just as low cost or lower.

Timely professional dry cleaning and alterations. Very reliable staff and owner.
No surprises here and highly recommended.

Dropped off my clothes @ 8:00am, picked them up that evening. The clothes were perfect, the service was incredible, and the price was excellent. They do everything on-​site, which is unheard of these days. I have used many cleaners across the U.S. due to traveling for business, Rio is one of the best I have used. Try them, you won’t be disappointed.

After months of passable service from Rio Cleaners, this week, Rio ruined my $ 400 black gown with leather trim. After they admitted that the garment was in fact ruined, and had been ruined during the dry cleaning process, I was told that they had «followed the directions on the tag,» and therefore it was not their problem and they would do nothing to remedy the situation. I was told repeatedly to take it up with the garment’s manufacturer if I wanted further assistance.
A simple apology for ruining my gown, coupled with some amount of a monetary refund would have sufficed (they even refused to return the money it cost to have the gown cleaned/​ruined in the first place!). Instead, I was met with unbelievable attitude and terrible customer service.
After a lifetime of experiencing mediocre customer service while living in South Florida, I have sadly become accustomed to poor attitudes from servers, store owners, etc. This, however, takes the cake, and has prompted my first-​ever Unilocal rant.
BE WARNED.

Just moved to SFL and a good dry cleaner is hard to find. Over the past month I’ve tried 5 and was disappointed with all but Rio. Price, turn-​around on the cleaning, attitude/​of the staff –are all key for me. Rio is my choice. Owner works hard to please.
