I am updating this to three stars as I received a message from the owner indicating I should not give a review when they don’t provide service in my area and that I should remove the negative review. While I appreciate the diligence and change my rating, they still have to change their info to clearly indicate that they serve palm beach county residential customers only.
Initial review: When I called regarding new service, he asked where i live. When I answered he paused for a few seconds and said they don’t provide residential service. Interesting because others here have experience with residential service.

Superior customer service. Fast response. Great quality work. When you call, you get live people and they speak english!
Reasonable prices for the quality of service.
Does our homes at reasonable hours, unlike some competitors who come late in the afternoon, early evening when kids are out playing.

I had to give a star otherwise I wouldn’t have given one at all. They stopped our service abruptly in November and never told us. We called there office in December right before the holidays because they hadn’t been there in a month and we were getting calls from HOA and had guests arriving. We were told they would give us a call back but didn’t! We then found the owners number and were told that they didn’t serve our area anymore because their driver quit. We then explained we were in the Wellington Area and he said they still had clients in the area but couldn’t help us. They frequently used excuses when they wouldn’t trim our hedges like «We didn’t bring the tools or we don’t have enough gas», Unbelievable!

I had them replace our hedges and sod, trim a couple of large trees. They came to estimate the same day. They were very reasonable. Great knowledgeable people, very easy to communicate. I’m very pleased with work they did and cleanup.

Perfect Cut did landscaping design in front of our house and replaced dead grass with the new sod. They did great design and used great quality plants. Our house went from the ugliest landscaping in the neighborhood to the best looking.
It’s very experienced and knowledgeable company. It was also very easy to communicate with them and they got the job done quickly.
We are very pleased with the outcome that Perfect Cut was able to deliver for us.
I would highly recommend this company!

These guys show up when they’re supposed to, and are very professional and attentive. They take care of everything from tree trimming to lawn cutting to fertilizing. I’m satisfied and would recommend Perfect Cut to my friends and neighbors.
