And by «them,» I mean «me!» So, support «them» and order up dozens of those toffee cookies… NOW!
Actually, The Sweet Spot is the name of my baking business that I started last year. As a new baker and entreprenoo… entreprane… entreprenn… business guy, I was looking at ways to save money and get some great products. Enter Pastry Chef Central. I found them after a google search. Of course, I wasn’t going to order a bunch of products without knowing how the transaction might be, so I started off ordering 1 or 2 things. First time, was flawless. So, I tried a 2^nd time. Flawless yet again. 3^rd time? You got it. No problem. How ’bout that 4^th time? Whoops! Problem. They didn’t send me the product as described! Bastards bamboozled me! I was ready to go postal on someone! Except, they corrected it right away and even gave me free shipping on my next order. How could I go postal on that kind of customer service??? Guess I’ll save that for Toys R Us (Now, those guys are bastards!)
Aside from the customer service, they have an awesome selection of things to buy. From equipment to ingredients, they have a ton of them and at fairly reasonable prices. And, they have lots of specialty items for those one of a kind desserts that you want to make.
