I have had Molly Maids since 2001, first for my Townhouse on the beach and now in my home in Plantation. I have always found them to be kind, courteous and always helpful if I have a extra chore that has needed to be done, they take care of it. My homes have always been consistently clean and fresh when I come home. I would highly recommend them for anyone who just doesn’t have time to clean but loves a clean home.

If I could give them zero stars, I totally would. I had to reschedule for the following week and they called me back to confirm my appointment was changed. I waited well over two hours before calling to find out I was never scheduled. Horrible management. So happy I wasted three hours of my Saturday waiting for an appointment I never had. Awesome!

Arrived promptly, dressed neatly. Were efficient enough but not great. Cleaned spill in oven but neglected to clean oven bar handle, never touched the door of fridge which should always be cleaned, used their somewhat dingy vacuum when I said to use my in house vacuum. Wanted to use wimpy teeny swifter mop which is a waste of money and to environment… gave them my big mop. made bed nicely but when I asked that the dishes be dried I was met with a somewhat horrified «what? me? you want me to dry the dishes? Yes, I DO after paying $ 210!!! left cleaning items on counters but hey… the house is clean enough till next week.

A trustworthy, consistent, and deep clean each and every week! I have been using Molly Maid for over a year now and I have always been pleased with their work. They do a great job, and I trust them with a key to my home. Billing is easy with a credit card on file, and the prices are very reasonable for the services provided.
