I should have believed Linda P’s review. This company is remarkably inept: I purchased a $ 1200+ mirror — with much trepidation(after reading Linda P’s review). I was assured that all would be well. The first mirror arrived, from China, smashed. The company sent a new mirror very rapidly so I thought that, in fact, all would be well. Unfortunately, the dimmer that I paid an extra $ 100 for did not work. I was told to ship the dimmer to the company where they would evaluate whether or not it was defective. Although this might sound like a small issue, the mirror is very heavy and very fragile. It needed to be hung on the wall in order to avoid breakage while the dimmer was being evaluated(the dimmer is installed behind the mirror). I said that I was happy to mail the dimmer back but requested that I receive a new one immediately so I could hang my mirror. The company refused. Instead of leaving the mirror uninstalled, where it would likely break, I requested a refund for the dimmer and decided to go without it. I received that refund. At the time that the second mirror was shipped, I received a bill for the cost of the shipping. I contacted Grand Mirrors and was told not to worry about it, that it was their responsibility and that they would pay for it. Fast forward a few months… I am now receiving collection notices due to the shipping bill which remains unpaid! Oh, and I also received a new dimmer switch months after I returned the original one and after cancelling the new one! It is unfortunate that there is no other company around making a product like this. This company is atrocious.

OMGSTAYAWAY COMPLETERIPOFF!!! I ordered a mirror and paid in full ahead $ 1,700.00!!! The mirror came SMASHED in a million pieces!!! They didn’t pack it well at all and it was unusable… BROKEN!!! They REFUSED to make another one OR refund my money…
