Glowing Day Spa

I purchased two Groupon’s and was trying to make an appointment for three days and they never answered the phone. I don’t think I should chase after a business to pay them money so I canceled my Groupon’s and would not recommend this spa!

beautiful, clean dayspa. amparo gave me a great body scrub, after which, I took a great shower and was treated to an excellent massage. it’s now the next day and I have not one pain or tightness in my entire body. this is a hidden gem that should not be hidden.

I purchased a groupon for a facial, massage and body treatment. The woman who worked on me was friendly enough. I just thought the package would be something else. The way the groupon was worded sounded like you have choices of what services you want to receive as long as they are under a certain value.
When I got there we started with the facial. She told me that we were doing a European facial. I said fine. Then we moved to another room. This was a treatment room I presumed because the bed had a plastic cover. The lady told me we would do a massage and body scrub. I told her I bought this because I wanted a body wrap. She seemed like she did not know what the groupon said that it sounded like choices. She left me for a few minutes and came back to tell me they did not have everything for a wrap and I could come back. I told her to just do the scrub then because I really bought this because a body treatment followed by a massage sounded relaxing.
The massage situation was not what I thought it would be. I was massaged on this plastic table with a towel covering me instead of a blanket. She would massage a section and then grab the scrub and scrub that section. I really prefer to have my services done separately and not incorporated.
Like I said I think the Esthetician was a nice lady and tried her best. I just really wanted a body wrap and my services to be separated.

Great place!!! Melissa is awesome! Is ill always attend here for mani and pedi. I’ll have to try the facials also to see how they are as well!

I had to write this review because I can’t believe that no one has recognized this place for the gem that it is. I bought a groupon for the glowing ritual mani pedi and it was fabulous. Scrub, mask, hot towels, massage, and perfectly painted nails. The women who work there are so friendly, funny, and personable. I will definitely be a return customer!

I purchased a Groupon voucher for a European Deluxe Deep Cleansing Facial.
I scheduled an appointment over a month in advance for a Wednesday (⁷⁄₀₂) morning. I had taken the day off of work and was looking forward to a Spa day.
They called on Monday, prior to the appointment to confirm, and left a message on my voice mail. I called them back on Tuesday to let them know that «yes» I was coming but had to leave a voice mail since no one answered the phone (in the middle of the afternoon) — seemed suspicious. I went on Wednesday at the scheduled time and the store was closed! The was no one in sight… I am curious as to how you operate a salon without anyone in the shop to service customers.
I sat outside in the hot sun and waited 15 – 20 minutes giving them the benefit of the doubt that possibly they had them delayed. I called the phone number listed on the Groupon (which was the same number given on Monday voice mail) and it went straight to their voice mail. No one called back and there was no message stating they were closed.
They just called me today (⁷⁄₁₀) — nine days later — to apologize for missing my manicure and pedicure appointment?! Are you kidding me? I did not have a nail appointment!
They definitely are lacking in their customer communication skills. Not professional in my book.
I can not give a review regarding their services due to the fact no one was there to provide any services…

Melissa did my mani & pedi, its was an amazing experience. Lovely touch when she added rose petals to the pedicure water and I love the organic hand mask that’s made on the spot. Will be back.

Loved my experience! I went on a groupon looking for that extra touch of personal and wasn’t disappointed. The decorum is peaceful and lovely. The staff did everything to make my experience special. I was looking tor an alternative to the loud overcrowded salon down the street and I found it. I will be back! They also give you a punch card and the 6^th visit is free. Sounds like the want my business!
