Frett Cauvin Dr MD

Please please please DO NOT go to see Dr. Frett. I had to hospitalize me teenage son the day after Dr. Frett saw him. He was like a deer in the headlights. Literally stared at us with a dumbfounded look on his face. My son was in fear of hurting other people or himself and Dr. Frett sent him out the door on same medication. Next day he almost purposely ran into traffic to end his torture. He tends to make his patients feel like they are misbehaving or acting up instead of recognizing they have a real physical disease. Very frightening that people really do rely in him. Please do not put yourself or loved one in any danger or torture or guilt by this man. Please read these posts and get another doctor. I have never written a review before. I am the quiet type. But I felt this was an urgent situation. I plan on reporting him to the AMA.

We moved here from NY and needed a psychiatrist to manage medication for my son who was doing fine on the medications he was taking. We had 3 appointments with Dr. Frett in the first month we saw him, and he changed my son’s medication each time. My son started to feel very ill and we called the office several times. Each time we called the receptionist said Dr. Frett would return our call. He never did. Now my son is hospitalized! Do NOT go to Cauvin Frett’s office whatever you do and warn others of the same!!!
