Fired Up Youth Sports

Excellent camp and after school programs as well! Joey and his staff are caring, responsible, and great at what they do! Great opportunity for kids to experience different types of sports. Highly recommend Fired Up!

The owner Joey was very professional and answered all of our questions. My daughter is so excited and looking forward to participating in the Fired Up summer camp. Here’s to a great summer!

My 9 year old son went to this multi-​sports camp for the first time this year. He has gone in past years to a single sports day camp in the past. HE JUST LOVED Fired Up Youth Sports. Everyday I would ask him what he did and with enthusiasm, he would go over the entire day. Last week was his last week and I asked him if he wanted to return. Without a hesitation he said YES. What more can a parent ask for. Joey, the owner takes an active role with the kids and has the most interesting programs for the children. Every week they learn a different sport and there is an expert from that sport teaching the kids. A +10 rating if that was available.

This is the second year my son has gone to camp at Fired Up! He absolutely loves the sports and adored his counselors. If he wasn’t such a clutz he would have lasted the whole summer! He made it till the last week! I felt very comfortable and trusting sending my son with Joey and his staff. I plan on sending him next summer as well if he doesn’t manage to break any bones till then! Thank you Fired Up. He had a fabulous summer with your peeps!

I felt that I had to write about my children’s horrible experience at this camp last summer as parents begin to think about this summer and what to do with their kids. I never write these reviews, and usually try to give the benefit of the doubt, but this is one case where I should not keep my opinion to myself. I will keep the review short. The camp is disorganized, the counselors are young and inexperienced. My child complained about having to go continually. Camp should be fun. My child complained about hearing campers and staff use profanity. My children, who have attended various other programs without complaint, were amazed at the lack of supervision, lack of organization, and limited fun they had at this camp. When the kid can figure out the problems at a camp, that is a big red flag in my book! At one point my son even said that he didn’t think it was a «safe environment» for our family friend’s first grade daughter. Look elsewhere for sports camps, there are plenty of them and your child will most likely be in a safer and more positive environment, than if you chose this program.
