This is a great box. In my opinion, in CrossFit the most important thing is your trainer. Greg is the head trainer. He is awesome. I don’t know anyone I’d rather trust with my fitness than him. He is very welcoming and sets the mood for everyone else in the box. The facility is nice in the classes are not oversize. The weights are all up to standard. But there is somewhere and tear. But this is to be expected in CrossFit. I can’t imagine ever going to another gym or CrossFit. It can be a little pricey. But if you are serious about your fitness it’s worth every cent. It’s ALMOST like having a personal trainer with you every time you train. Compared to other boxes in Boca the prices are fair. Class times vary at all different times. You also get a student discount if you go to FAU!

After almost 2 months I’m feeling good! Feel much stronger and have really learned a bunch of fitness stuff! Only 4 stars cause of timing I wish they had a boot camp class at 5:30pm 7:30 just kills my evening. And I wish I could still keep it up but it’s just too expensive super bummed to be done in a week or so… But 75 $/mth (that’s w/a student discount) I can’t do … Back to the 25 $/mth regular gym hope I keep fit! Will miss Greg & the rest of my bootcamp buds
