The two stars are because the doctor is excellent but the staff is horrible. The nurses have a demeaning, entitled attitude and aren’t very helpful. Went here with my mother in law and her chart wasn’t updated with her current medication so we made a list for the nurse to update the chart and she very rudely said «I can’t do that right now I need to take care of this and send it to the hospital» and left us sitting in the examination room. After 15 minutes of sitting there someone else came to get us and said «is there anything else you need? We’re waiting for you to check out» we told her about the list of medications for her chart to be updated. That second lady said give it to the lady up front she will update it. When we gave the lady at the front desk the list she said «I don’t do that, the nurse does». I have never encountered such disgusting attitudes from the nurses when going to a doctor’s office, specially under the circumstances. We love this doctor and we will continue to go to him because he is excellent but the nurses are extremely rude and unhelpful. So if you chose to go to this practice be prepared to deal with some disgusting attitudes from the nurses.
