Great prices on high quality fabrics. I stumbled upon this place while checking out the other home dec fabric places on the same street and was really impressed. Not as large as the others, but there’s a great selection and they can order pretty much anything.
I had the cushions on two midcentury studio couches (seating portion and two bolsters each) recovered with their fabric and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The work was done quickly and professionally. I had gotten quotes from other places in the area that I felt were out of line considering I was supplying all the materials.
The staff is helpful (I believe I’ve been dealing with the owner) and I’ve since gone back to order fabric for recovering 80 restaurant chairs. If you need home dec fabric, go here first. You’ll want to recover everything in your home.

I don’t understand the previous reviewer. I was visiting friends in Boca and noticed the store. I needed some fabric for a project at my home and thought, «Well, good way to fill up some time» and was pleasantly surprised to not only be overwhelmed by their stock, but their prices were so much less than even the cheapest place up in NYC. I know, the rents are less, but still, I was pleasantly surprised. The guys there were more than helpful, not pushy, and when I bought the yardage I needed, they shipped it up north for me. I don’t know about the upholstering they do but the chairs, etc. I saw looked spot on. Anyway, I normally write reviews for Unilocal (just a couple), but they were so nice I thought I’d add my two cents.

They sell some good fabrics at great prices here but buy it and get out. Have your work done elsewhere.
You don’t want to have to deal with the owner, he is an unreasonable man.
I could tell you the long drawn out story but I don’t want to bore you, or be overly brutal to the poor guy.
