We ordered the calamari, lime cilantro shrimp salad, and the crab bisque. All food items were awesome. Prices were a bit higher but considering the location, I can totally understand. Overall, great experience. Good place to get a quick bite!

Made a 2:30 reservation on Open Table for a Sunday, but it wasn’t really needed. Plenty of seating. I think my expectations were pretty high for this place having read the reviews. The food was good, but not over the top. Ambience was lovely. Service was quite attentive. Check my pics for notes about our dishes. I am saving the last star for my next visit, where I will be sure to order different items to give a more well-rounded review.(All we had on this visit was soup/salad).

Decided to stop in here, since my daughter had raved about the French dip sandwich. Located in Nordstrom at Boca Town Center, this is a great restaurant for breaking up a long day of shopping. We got there about 1:00 and were seated right away. Half an hour later, the place was packed with people waiting in line. The interior is contemporary and comfortable with low lighting. There are tables and booths for seating. The pleasant waitress was at our table in no time, with a basket of fresh bread and butter. She immediately noticed that we were already prepared to order our meal along with our drinks, so she didn’t quickly run off before we had time to do both. We told her that we were going to share the French dip. While this is met with frowns and grumbles in some places, that was not the case here. It was only a very short time before our lunch arrived. Unlike other places, we didn’t have to share a plate or weren’t just given an extra empty plate so we could split the sandwich ourselves. Each plate was presented as if that was the way it was always done. We each had what appeared to be a full order of fries along with their house dip for the potatoes. The sandwich was a nice mound of very tender, thinly sliced, lean rib eye steak, piled on a crunchy baguette type roll. The au jus was genuine, not commercial bouillon in a cup. It was flavorful and delicious. The dip for the fries will make you never want them in anything else again. They make a blend of Greek olives and mayo that brings out the best in the hot, thin and perfectly cooked fries. While the prices are on the high side for lunch($ 16 for the sandwich), it is easily enough for two and the courteous service along with the nice presentation make it worth the cost.

I’ve been eating lunches at Bazille, and its predecessor named restaurant, for several years, and have been negligent in submitting a review. Now is the time, fellow Unilocalers, cause this is a not-so-well known restaurant which packs a lot into their meals, and hopefully, it will not become much more popular. Why do I say that? Well, try getting a table there any day of the week between 11:30AM and 2PM, and you have a real challenge on your hands. Even if you are the world-famous, ever-cited and sought after Marqus R., you will not be able to «boca your way in», just cause you come to the reception area without a reservation and much attitude [yeah, can you believe a lot of attitude from #BocaLadysAtLunch?], and claim to have made a reservation [yes, I’ve heard that many a time], or say, with puckered overly lipsticked lips«Im here before my 1:30PM meeting with my personal stylist and I’m a level 4 Nordstrom Card Holder [which means you have charged more than $ 10,000 a year on your Nordstrom credit card], a nd I MUST have THAT table, NOW.» It really doesn’t work. So, first advice, go to and make a reservation. And if you arrive without one, expect to wait, and try being honest and stating«I don’t have a reservation, can you accommodate me?», without any attitude. Try it. It might be liberating SERVICE is efficient and brisk. Not hurried, but the servers do make their way around the room in a quick pace, food runners and expeditors bring your food, and occasionally a manger might pass by and ask if everything is ok. Your server will always come by and ask that once your food is delivered. FOOD: Food is incredibly well prepared, now has calorie counts on all choices, and there are many healthy salads, sandwiches, and main dishes which include broiled fish. They serve at dinner time, when it is much more quiet and less harried. The food is attractive plated, perhaps I can say«Nordstrom stylishly plated foods». Obviously, whoever is plating the food is doing so with style in mind, just like all of the items they display and sell in Nordstrom. I’ve posted many pictures, so I’m not going to mention all the dishes in this review. Trust me, you will not be disappointed, even if you are hyper critical Marqus R., who will feel like he has dropped into a new wild world in Boca that he never knew existed. And yes, Marqus R., there are several attractive staff who will provide you with eye candy as you munch away on your food. BAR: They have a full bar, make mixed drinks, and have a rather interesting wine collection, BTG or Bottle. You can sit at the bar, and eat, as well as drink. So, when in the Boca Town Center Mall and you want a very good meal, head over to Bazille. When shopping at Nordstrom, its located on the second floor, hidden in the back. One thing, it is LOUD, VERYLOUD. There is no getting around this. These Boca shoppers are LOUD, and at lunch, it is impossible to have a convo with the person sitting next to you without raising your voice.

While shopping in Nordstrom’s we decided to have a quick lunch this Sunday April 10th. Started with the Mediterranean Hummus & drinks. Ordered the French Dip and a Chicken Paillard salad. Service was excellent and the food was very good with one exception … a piece of sheer plastic the size of a half dollar was mixed in with the salad. The manager gave a quick«I’m sorry» and a fresh salad was made; that was the extent of it. I didn’t expect the whole check to be comped but at least the salad. Doesn’t reflect adequate managerial skills, that is of course they frequently include plastic. Eat cautiously!

Located inside Nordstrom in the Boca Town Center, this restaurant is fabulous. Service is upscale, all waiters wore suits and all black attire, and our host actually held the menu out to me until I grabbed it, which took me a while, since I didn’t realize he was waiting for me. Our server was very friendly, and recomended the chef’s specials and whatever he thought was good. What I love most about this place, is the fact that every item on the menu has calories listed with it. I am on a very strict diet, and this helps tremendously. I ended up having the crab appetizer with sautéed spinach, which was very good. Our food came fast, refills kept coming, and when out waiter was busy at another table, another of the waiters came when we called. Ambience is casual chic, feels upscale, but not stuffy, obviously there are many people wearing very casual clothes as they are out and about shopping. Overall, exellent service and food. I’d definitely be back

Love this place. Went there again for my birthday last night. Monday near closing, so it was quiet and personal. Service was excellent, and the food superb. I got the flat iron steak and my family enjoyed some other dishes. Standouts are the asparagus appetizer and crab bisque, but my favorites are the French Onion soup and White Chocolate Bread Pudding. Must haves! I will be going back to try other menu items.

Always a great place to catch a bite after shopping. Service is attentive and courteous. Food is delish! Love their twist on the Club sandwich. Do not get me started on the White Chocolate Bread Pudding! Amazingly sultry! They always accommodate me and my Bugaboo so dining with the kids is never an issue here.

I went during the evening hours and the food was very dry. It seemed like it sat out all day since the lunch time. I feel the place may be more of a mid-day venue.

Fabulous. Booked an early Christmas Eve dinner via Unilocal at the restaurant with the hopes of getting a quick but nice dinner before the world shut down. Unfortunately, Unilocal reservations did not note the correct hours of operation for the day. The restaurant called me and were very humble and apologetic for the miscommunication and offered to «make it right» should we decide to dine with them again. Fast forward a few days later. I called the restaurant to make a reservation. The manager remembered me and the situation and apologized again for the prior inconvenience. The food was sublime. Who would have thought that a restaurant in the middle of Nordstrom would put out such good food, wonderful presentation and attentive wait staff. Bravo.

One of my family’s favorite restaurants to visit when we are shopping at the Boca Town Center Mall. It’s become a tradition to stop here in between or before we start our shopping. We come for the herb fries and much more. We’re were here again on this day and had an outstanding experience. The food and service was top notch. I am happy that we are never disappointed. Good job guys! Keep up the good work!!!

This restaurant located on the second floor of Nordstrom in Town center mall was surprisingly packed and amazing. It really blew away my expectations. They will split anything on the menu for you and bring out items perfectly split. For lunch on a Thursday at 1pm there was a 15 minute wait, we were seated and brought it warm French baguette with butter. We split the cilantro lime shrimp salad as well as the crab Mac and cheese. Both items were so fresh and tasty and so flavorful! The menu is a bit overpriced, Avg meal $ 15 but the quality and service are well worth it. I can’t wait to go back here!

This is a hidden gem in the back of Nordstrom 2nd floor at the Town Center Mall. Looks like an over-the-top rich audience place but inside is actually a casual good ol American restaurant. The menu had soups, gourmet salads, sandwiches, pizzas, some seafood and steak entrees. After we were seated, a pleasant waiter came and took out drink orders then brought bread(French baguette) with olive oil but actual olives included! I opted for a crab bisque and the prime rib French dip sandwich. My mom had the jumbo crab cakes. The soup was unique as it had tiny onion and green pepper pieces at the bottom. The crab meat was scarce but the soup was tasty. The prime rib came thinly sliced on a baguette. The au jus was delicious! The fries were nicely seasoned and crispy thin. The French dip side was addicting. The crab cake came in two, a bit on the smaller side. It was very good. It had a saucy center and and charred outer shell. The tempura asparagus it came with was over battered. And the mini salad as eh. Over all good food decent environment.

For a restaurant located in a department store this is an excellent place to eat with a lot of choices on the menu that offer everything from healthy to decadent at pretty fair prices. Ambience is warm woods and dark carpet and hip enough lighting. Service is excellent and the bar is small but reasonably stocked.

Who would guess there would be a hidden restaurant inside of Nordstrom? My husband and I went last night for dinner on Valentine’s day and we enjoyed it. The beautiful restaurant has a great selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, entrees, and desserts. Our appetizer was the Mediterranean hummus with rosemary flatbread. The hummus was mixed with feta, garbanzo beans, olives, and olive oil. When we ran out of bread, they gave us more after we asked for it. The entrees were prime rib sandwich and the southern chicken special. The prime rib sandwich came with au jus sauce for a dip and a side of fries. I took a bite of it and it was very good. The southern chicken was fried and it wasn’t greasy. It was on top of a cornbread pudding with sauteed spinach. It was too pretty to touch in the beginning, but I didn’t feel bad about destroying it. There was no way we were going to leave without the most important meal: dessert. The white chocolate bread pudding is a must. It came with a side of raspberries and a light whipped cream to make it a little sweeter. The food and service was excellent. Our server made sure our time there was perfect. She made excellent recommendations about the food and didn’t rush us at all. The prices are reasonable and it’s a nice place to get together for a date night or a group of friends.

Ok, here is the scenario. It’s Sunday, NFL football games start at 1:00 pm. You want to watch your favorite match up and your wife wants to go shopping and would like you to spend time with her. I really believe that I give up those Sundays to do what she wants to do because she is such a giving person and would love to give back and spend the day with her shopping. No problem. I am not a big shopper when I just go to look, but I love to shop when I know I need something. Otherwise I just follow her around or sit on a couch in the shoe section at Nordstrom, Bloomingdales or Saks and Unilocal,Facebook or answer emails. I would prefer being at a sports bar, drinking my favorite wines, having a great craft beer and bar food, but here I am on a couch at these places waiting for her to look around to see what the latest styles of shoes, or clothes that she may want to purchase. Well, because of Bistro N, NOMORE, do I have to sit on these couches from one department store to another. Bistro N is a restaurant /bar situated on the 2nd floor of Nordstrom in the Town Center Mall in Boca Raton. I never knew this was there and thankfully my wife told me it was a great place to go for lunch. One Sunday afternoon, we had spent a couple hours looking around at the mall and my wife said she wanted to eventually have lunch at Bistro N, so I had a great idea. I would go up there and get a table or sit at the bar and wait for her to finish her shopping. Well, little did I know when I walked in to this place, I forgot I was at the mall as I looked into a beautiful dining area with a warm bar with 2TV’s, and really a great wine list. Such an assortment. When I checked in, what popped up? A free appetizer. This day was getting better by the moment. I ordered their Short Rib Lettuce Wrap. I love short ribs and never had seen a lettuce wrap that you can eat with short ribs. Really different, great combination of spices and sauce. Just taking my time, drinking my wine and having this nice lettuce wrap as I know«she» is doing what she loves to do too. Alas, my wife showed up to meet me and was done shopping and she ordered the Chicken Pillard. Pounded chicken cooked with a lemon marinade, and a very flavorful salad laid right over the chicken, as you can see in the picture. Now this is Boca, so we look off to the left and we noticed that there was a couple and their dog, all 3 dining in a corner booth. I mean the dog was eating too!!! The bartender was great, very friendly, and gave us great service. It really turned out to by a nice afternoon. The food was really EXCELLENT. The menu had a vast assortment of great dishes. We really enjoyed sitting there with the bartender, all of us watching football. Funny, as we left and walked back into Nordstrom, it hit me. We were only feet from the shopping and I totally forgot!!!

A hidden gem in the Nordstrom’s in Boca Raton Town Center. I went here with my family for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Bistro N is tucked away in the back of Nordstrom’s, and the place was pretty empty for lunch hour, so we were seated right away in a booth. Our waitress brought us over water and fresh bread right away, and she was friendly throughout the whole experience. The lunch menu is a decent size with a fair amount of options. I tried everything we ordered as a family: *Caesar Salad with Roasted Chicken — Phenomenal caesar salad. The caesar dressing was divine and creamy, the chicken was fresh, and it was sprinkled with the perfect amount of rich pamesan and crunchy garlic croutons. Plus it also comes with a cheese crisp which always adds a star up to any dish. *Bistro Prime Rib French Dip — Fantastic. It is very easy to screw this dish up, and very hard to make it good, but Bistro N does it perfect. The sandwich tastes fresh, and light. The meat is well cooked and the cheese adds a good contrast. The crunchy bread acts as a perfect vessel. *Bistro Club — I was actually a tiny bit disappointed with the Bistro Club. The chicken was fresh, but the rest of the sandwich tasted a bit bland for me. Not to say it wasn’t good, but just not my taste. For lunch in Boca Raton, the pricing is fair, which is to say its a tiny bit above average. But you at Bistro N, you get way more for your money than in most restaurants of much less quality. I had a great experience here, and really thought the food was a step above the rest, I’ll be coming back to Bistro N for sure. Food(A), Pricing(B-), Atmosphere(A-), Service(B+)
