My friend did a beautiful picture for me and she took it to this place of business. I called today to see if it was ready yet as they told us 7 to 10 days. The person who answered the phone was very annoyed when I asked if it was ready yet. They came back on and again you could here their frustration with me calling in their voice. They began to scolded me for calling and I stated that I was so sorry I bother them and I was just doing follow-​up. They stated «we told you I was the one who worked with you» I informed the person it was not me it was my dear friend and again I repeated how sorry I was to bother them and called them right out about their customer service. The picture was a commissioned piece and now I am so afraid they are going to ruin my picture. My friend really spent a lot of time and money on it and it really mean a lot to me. So that is why I am posting this now so that if they do anything to my art work I will have all of you to back me up. I cant wait till it is done and I will never go back there again.

AWFUL! $ 31.80 later, terrible repair on slightly broken back hanger and frame! My 10 yr old grandson could have repaired it better! Don’t waste your $$ here.

Sam was great, he help me with everything I needed, He got my Grandma old pictures in beautiful frames.

I phoned the provider yesterday to get an approximate price to frame a poster. I gave him the dimensions, and asked him for an approximate estimate for the least expensive glass and frame. He told me about $ 100, and on that basis I purchased a Groupon for $ 120 worth of framing and drove 10 miles with the poster.
BAIT AND SWITCH! Now, the least expensive framing for the poster would be $ 250, or over $ 100 including the Groupon. He had no explanation for the $ 100 price estimate he had given me yesterday. To make matters worse, there was an ad on his desk for a $ 59.95 poster framing of my size. Here was a chance for him to make good in his previous promise, but he told me that ad was no longer valid.
It was definitely not pleasant to deal with this guy’s «old fashioned» way of doing business.
There are plenty of other custom framers in the Boca area. Save yourself some money and fast talk and go somewhere else.

Sam was great, found him online on Google, came in and he quoted me a price for framing my grandmother’s art, after shooping around i realized he is the least expensive in bocs, work was done after 5 days as he called me and told me to come pick it up,
Overall great service, quality of the work is great, couldn’t be happier, will recommend to anyone.
