Dr. Brandon Alegre tried to Scam me horribly. I have a mouth guard on my retainer that was made for me about 8 years ago from my orthodontist right after I got my braces off. It has now broken so I brought the piece to him asking if he could make a replica of it. He said he is unable to and I would need to see an orthodontist. So I asked for a referral to one, which he did write for me. And then weeks later i get call saying my mouth guard is in and I owe $ 200. They said he made me a different kind of mouth guard. I never authorized this one to be made. It is not at all what I wanted and I already had an orthodontist make me the one i wanted. I refused to pay! So either he is very dumb and doesnt listen to his patients or is a scam artist! Stay away!
