The first and second time was fine. However, only issue was, the upsell of services and products. The first time I was pushed into buying a liquid called cryoderm for 13 dollars. The second time I was pushed into buying a pillow for 30 dollars, but I rejected. I was also pushed to use the massage service which was an additional 20 dollars to my copayment. I felt like I was in a used car dealership rather than a chiropractor office. Needless to say, I stopped going. Two months later, I get a bill for 16 dollars because my insurance didn’t cover something. I immediately sent a check out and got an email confirmation that it was received. A month later, I get another email requesting for that sixteen dollars that I had already paid. They said they didn’t update their records but now they found my paument. I will not be going back since the chiropractor was too pushy with her sales tactic. Also, the way she talked to her assistant in front of me was very condescending.
